Both Anky and Whiz make their début at the reining worldchampionships
Published on 1 September 2010Anky and Whizashiningwalla will both make their début at the reining world championships in Kentucky (USA) at the end of this month.
Anky, of course, has ridden many championships in dressage but only made her international reining début at the end of 2009.
Whiz, which is bred and owned by the Eifel Gold Ranch Baeck in Belgium, already has showed at international level for a few years but never competed at a world championship. In 2008 he was reserve champion at the Italian Derby, Europeaan Non Pro Champion and Non Pro Maturity Champion in Italy.
For the Eifel Gold Ranch Baeck it will be a very excited championship as there will compete three of their horses in Kentucky. Besides Whiz, Cira Baeck will compete Peek a Boom for the Belgium team and Jan Boogaerts will show Gumpy Grumpy BB for this team as well. Jan normally would have competed an other horse but he had to withdraw this one. Gumpy Grumpy BB was the reserve horse for the Belgium team and Jan will compete it now in Kentucky.
