Anky wins bronze with Dutch dressage team!
Published on 7 August 2012The Dutch dressage team with Anky van Grunsven, Edward Gal and Adelinde Cornelissen won the team bronze today at the London 2012 Olympics. Great Britain won the gold, Germany the silver.
"I did not have this colour of medal yet!" smiled Anky in front of the Dutch NOS tv camera. "For Salinero it was his third Olympics and he is still so fit!"
Anky showed a very nice Grand Prix Special, in which unfortunately the halt in the beginning and the tempi changes every two strides were not so fluent. However the trot and canter in general were absolute highlights. Also the final halt was very good.
